We had to audition so they knew if you were a soprano, alto, etc but everyone made it. I just couldn't bring myself to audition

Oh yeah auditions. They were so nerve racking. I hated them so much. Every time I see people audition I feel so bad because they really do give it their all while being nervous! Like those american idols. Like I feel super bad or get the butterflies for them.

Aww yes I get so nervous too! Although I don’t really watch those shows anymore; they’re getting so boring and predictable.

Yeah, they're fun at first but they go on forever and then you never really see the winners much after their season

Yeah, hardly anyone goes on to be internationally successful! I don’t know why people bother going on those shows anymore

over here we get a lot of joke acts; people who are awful but people vote for them because it’s funny and it ends up just being ridiculous.  __________________

We sang them at school and I went to Sunday School for a bit (before horses took over!) I love Silent Night, Away in a Manager and O Come All Ye Faithful. I like Jewel and Josh Groban’s versions!
But my all time favourite Christmas song is The Pogues, Fairytale of New York. __________________
