It's kind of like a fair, but they have livestock competitions and roping and bull riding, etc.

Any state fair that I've been to here we have that minus the roping and bull riding.

So, the episode of Mr. Robot that I watched just now was titled Metadata which Elliot (Rami Malek) describes as 'the story behind the data.' And I teach my students that Metacognition means 'thinking about your thinking.' I still don't get what meta means. lol

Lornette - I think you said you stopped watching Mr Robot after Season 2. I can't get through Season 3 fast enough. It's SOOO good. Explains a lot of Season 2.

Maybe FNL predisposed me to it but every time I think back to a "rodeo" scene in a movie or even on FNL (I know Pete said they just went out and found a rodeo) there were always games, rides and that fair atmosphere at the rodeo.

Maybe smaller town rodeos are. I’ve never been to one with a carnival.
