WHAT??!!! I’m guessing this neighbor thinks you’re him? How weird and awkward to DM somebody you don’t know, a celebrity, and try to set them up with a total stranger. You should’ve played along and asked for a picture.

I get DMs all the time with people reaching out to Taylor. This person was maybe in her 50s/60s, I don't want to generalize but I often find that people who haven't grown up on social media just sometimes don't get it.

It's mostly just people who think I'm him and professing their admiration. I often have to get out the google translator because it's not english. Occasionally I'll get some interesting DMs or some that have useful info but most are just people mistaking me for Taylor.

I’m sure they range from bizarre to racy. It would completely annoy me to have my DM’s full of messages from strangers wanting something from me. I can understand what drives him to be so un-Hollywood.
