Oddly, I think Billy shielded Tim a bit. Tim didn't know his dad wasn't sending money to them.

Yes. On the windshield. There were two, but I thought that was the late 90s. I want to know now. HAHA.

Our tags used to be on the plates, but they moved them to inside of the car, next to the inspection. Then they combined them into one tag.
