They have the same chin, smile, and nose. If Taylor had sunglasses on, they would look very similar. You know, like they could be brothers.

Is that photo new? I don't think I've ever seen it before!
Taylor looks soooo adorable there. Swoon.  How can people not love that movie!?I always thought Brody was cute, too, but he looked like Taylor in the pics I've seen so I figured it was just the resemblance. He kinda looks like Tom Cruise in that photo, though it might just be the shades. |

It's actually a still from a behind the scenes clip. I'm not sure I could find the clip any longer but I seem to remember another picture of Brody on set with Taylor too.

Battleship is on tonight and I plan to watch it all the way through, and not just the first 25 minutes like I usually do. Because I don't remember Rami Malek being in it so now I have to check that out. If they converse, I'll die. lol I'm DVRing and will probably fast forward through most of it. A bunch of my friends are going out tonight down by the beach but I don't think I'm going to go. I have a lot **** to do, it's all couples and the guy I've been kinda seeing is away for work, and it's like an hour ride, and it's raining. But I have that one friend that always makes you feel guilty. I texted her and she hasn't responded because she's mad I'm not going. I hate that.

Guilt tripping friends are the worst. That's why I went out last night even though it was the last thing I wanted to do. She will make me feel like I'm on her **** list for weeks if I were to cancel, even under those circumstances.

I love it! He's adorable there too. I really regret avoiding Disney's John Carter publicity blitz that spring the movie came out. I missed EVERYTHING -- T-shirts, hoodies, posters, books, stuffed Woolas, what have you. But I was in an anti-corporate greed mood at the time.
I missed Battleship stuff too. Anyway, the JC stuff is nowhere to be found now. Except for the behind the scenes book, but I decided it was too expensive after all. |

He's actually rocking a man bun under his hat. This was before he cut his hair for Battleship.
He wore a lot of JC stuff for awhile, especially that sweatshirt, and his Wall-E hat. Amazon sent me a reminder that I'd looked at the Art of John Carter book, and it always fools me. I see the $50 price and I think, that's not too bad. Until you see the $50 additional dollars in shipping. |
