I expect so! It's a milestone, after all. James Hetfield's wife spent ages planning for his 50th a couple of years back with a surprise trip to Africa for the family. Knowing how the Fox family also love to travel, I could see them going on a big trip or something like that.

Margherita definitely seems like she'd be the type to do the same thing as James Hetfield's wife and plan a big surprise party for Matthew that involves doing something with the whole family.
