Well, it's kinda the point... because if she never deserves him then either they stay theoretical and perfect in our minds or it happens and she doesn't treat him how he shouldn't be and yet we still love them because of course they're supposed to be together even though Megan is Megan and therefore screws things up... and I'm not sure that even remotely makes sense and yet it kind of does. Um, yeah?

I think because she really does care about Charlie, she'll try to get herself together because she won't want to hurt him.

I don't think Megan deserves Charlie, she didn't appreciate him enough IMO. He was just always there, somebody she could always count on, but you can take advantage of those kind of people super quick.
