Yes. The way it's done now in the OP is that they've uploaded them to imagebam.com and it gives you code that makes thumbnails like that. You don't actually have to edit anything yourself that way.
Do you have a livejournal? If you do you could do it like it's now, pick out from kstewartfans' posts. __________________
