With this new variant of Covid anything could happen. Some scientists are saying you can catch it even if you are triple vaccinated, which means travel is out of the question. We booked this holiday 2 years ago and it has already been deferred from last year, so I am really ready for it.

Slept ok but could have been way better between 2:30am and 3:30am maybe was up that started with the tenant upstairs leaving at like 2:30am than seemed landlady had some insomnia where she was upstairs and could here her thankfully for my daily naps cause woke about 630am when landlady plus doggie woke up

Its been 9 months and its going well

Really hate getting achy at night but trying think its my posture of spending 75% of the day sitting up on the computer sometimes watching things like tonight or posting while watching hockey or my morning rounds having a show on Disney+ seen many times as background noise

Either way am up to the last 15 minutes of 1x10 felt a cliffhanger, so decided wasn't getting to 1x11 and will start hopefully off tomorrow if not the weekend cause good chance will be gone for awhile cause Cancer Clinic routine monthly appointment

Sorry to hear about your health problems - it makes my holiday worries seem so insignificant.

Nah don't worry about it where do hope you can take your holiday my health problems are day to day and have been doing well Do hope in Jan to get a continued positive review of the MRI have on the 20th

Didn't sleep well tonight either thinking will have to try 2 sleeping pills even if it didn't go well originally no idea if the new bedtime medication got immune from taking just the 1 pill

It's very frustrating not to get a good night sleep. I rarely sleep through the night, but when I sleep between it feels great.

Still wasn't the greatest hoping that its just cause needs to adjust to taking an extra sleeping pill with the new med that doc added to the bedtime regime be taking it plus the new med to my appointment this morning to ask if there is a chance that body could be becoming immune to the sleeping pills

I never want to rely on sleeping pills. I'd rather have a glass of wine instead. But then I try very hard not to take prescription pills for anything if I can help it.

Not exactly sure what sleep was woke up many times yet when was sleeping it felt like deep sleep and not feeling too badly this morning

Oh instead of wine would be cannabis but I find when I do have any of that its gone fast, not able to save it just for sleep so might look into edibles

Sleep still had some wake ups but less than Friday night and think it was a good sleep can dreamt quite a bit meaning REM

So it seems doing my chemo at night might not be the best time had a few times of getting up cause of diarrhea so think will do it mid-day and deal with it during the day
