Great weekend but tiring as I had a long drive home on Sunday and have not really recovered yet.

I've been having some physical issues which has caused a lot of other issues and I'm so tired by the time I get on here that I just try to keep up on posting.

It's about 140 or so miles, but the roads are very busy and full of idiots who pull out in front of you suddenly. I had one near miss as a car pulled out of stationary traffic into a pull off road right in front of me and I had to really break to miss him. Everyone is trying to get out of the traffic when there is a jam which causes most of the accidents on our motorways.

I wish I could get the train but they are so overcrowded and I would have to change half way, with the amount of luggage I carry it would be a mammoth task. Oh for the good old days of Guards and Porters to help you.

Just repositioned the real tree in the garden so we can see it from both windows. I had it beside the house wall where it was more sheltered because of the horrible storms that have battered us for the last few days. The weather seems to have settled down now.
