I think they are playing the couple that has the child custody case for which Josh's character decides to take on.

If this show proves popular, other networks may obtain it from Hulu. I don't think I'll risk my computer or other devices just for one show. Good shows usually become available for mass media eventually.

Interesting. I just assumed it was Kerry Washington's character that they were talking about when mentioning the custody battle.
