Not really because Luisa's mother has been the Butler's Housekeeper for like 20 years, it would be weird if Helen wasn't there.

It's one way for the writers to keep all the characters in the loop, so to speak. I think Helen would have known Cole and his brothers by sight as she spent a lot of her childhood at the riding school Cherry ran from the ranch, when the boys were children. The Butlers obviously knew Scotty as he was at their party, as would all the party givers in Montauk, for obvious reasons.

New Episode of the Affair just arrived - so excited to let you know that it is Vik's point of view and then Cole's - I'm off to watch. Hope it is a great ep

Best episode of the season I loved loved loved it. Not going to spoil it for anyone. Vik point of view was just heartbreaking and Cole I loved that we got to find out his Dad (Gabrielle's) backstory, lets hope that this puts Cole back on track to find the happiness he wants
