I agree and I am super curious about shot where someone is duving off the boat. I wonder if it's Cole and if he panics about something and has a scared moment bringing back memories of Gabriel's accident.

I was trying to get screen caps of that scene so Michelle could post them here after I Tweeted them and that's when I noticed the police car. I was curious why Cole turned around in the scene and at first I thought maybe Joanie was in the back seat or something, so it wasn't until I saw the still shot that I noticed the Police.

Thinking about it, Josh is hot news at the moment so they will be using his scenes for clips in the teasers for the show. Him being in a hit Broadway show will help raise the profile and bring the viewers back for season 4.
