I think the question was about Brits in American shows and none of the contestants knew who a lot of the actors were. One of the presenters mentioned The Affair in relation to Ruth and Dominic, so I think he must be a fan.

I've never watched Luther or The Lone Ranger and if it weren't for The Affair, I wouldn't even know who played her character in Saving Mr. Banks.

Thank goodness, not a lot of people saw Lone Ranger. But Luther is pretty popular.

I heard the Lone Ranger wasn't very good. I think it had potential, but a certain actor ruined it I think.

I liked the Lone Ranger and thought Jonny Depp was great in it. It was very tongue in cheek with dark humour so was just my type of film. Ruth's character was very bland and she didn't have enough material for her own personality to shine through.

I think regarding the question on British actors in US drama the contestants probably didn't watch much TV from some of their answers. A lot of the featured shows were not shown on terrestrial TV channels so unless you have every package like my family who between us have Netflix, Now TV, Virgin and Amazon Prime you may have missed a few of the shows.
