No, it is a pic of both Peter and Olivia outside a house. I loved Peter so much in the pic that I cropped it. It makes it look like it is framed.

It may be the house in Cambridge that Peter used to live in - or any other house they visited in season 1. I can tell it is season 1 from the hairstyles.
