IDK... even is he knows of her dreams (I'm not convinced he does), why would he scorn her? He wants her. He knows making fun of her feelings for him isn't gonna bring them closer or anything, so I don't see why he should do it.
The only way I see him making a sarcastic comment about it, like "have any good dreams lately?" is if he didn't know for sure, or anyway he though she was having sexy dreams about him... because even if he maybe has an idea that his blood will make her want/dream of him sexually, Sookie has actually been dreaming of him "emotionally" (IDK how to explain it, you know what I mean :lol:) and he has no idea of that.

I think they're speeding up this storyline, if you read the books, I dont want to spoil anyone who doesn't know.

It would be really bad to imagine that Eric was aware of her dreams because it only fuels the arguments made by people that he implanted those images in her mind, lol. Those dreams are private, it's not right for anyone else to be able to grab at them.
