later on while Eric was protecting Sookie one last time , her conversation about Sara wanting to be turned Classic Pam why she wouldn't turn her or let Sara be her lover !! Great stuff !

I stopped watching this show seasons ago, but I always kept up-to-date on Pam & Eric because their chemistry was my absolute fave. So happy that they stayed together 'til the end, and that such a significant focus of the final season was on their relationship. <3

From what I've seen of the finale I think they're "together", but what that means is a very complicated explanation IMO, haha.

Romantically, I think they're the loves of each other's lives and Eric finally, FINALLY, realized it this season: Pam is the girl who is always there, who never turns away, who always chooses him, etc. BUT...living so long and having the urges they do, I don't think they'll ever be (or want to be) monogamous to each other. So in that sense, I don't think they're traditionally "together" a la a fairytale ending. But I think they've found their fortune, fame and happiness as a power-couple in the end.

I didn't take it as they were really together romantically. The hand kiss at the NY Stock Exchange could have been a 'playing it for the cameras' I have a feeling their relationship ended back up where it was in the beginning. That's my take on it nayways

I've never shipped them that way. Maybe if they had been that kind of couple from the very beginning...but I will always get a Maker/Child relationship from them.

I agree with you, it's something in this relationship I just couldn't ship but it was such a great relationship and they had such the great Maker/Child relationship. The love they shared for each other. No words for their feelings or what they'd do for one another.
