K, I say this about every episode, but I am soooo excited for this one!!! I dunno, I just feel like it's going to be super intense, action packed, and fast paced, especially after seeing the preview clip of the authority: total chaos.

And the Sam storyline is getting more exciting. I wanna see Sam kick some total butt and go after these shooters. It's nice to see him finally really embracing his shifter abilities and not just be the nice guy, restaurant owner that everyone walks all over. And the fairy stuff is going to be really neat too!!

Looking forward to seeing what the deal is with Roman, why didn't he become puddle when he was staked? Maybe he dies slower cause he is old? Is it known how old he is? Surely he won't live, even though I want him to, he is a very charismatic person to have on the show!

The Supe-killers? What happens now that they've taken Hoty along? Are they maybe Hoty's friends from the bar? They obviously knew him by name, so they must be familiar with him.. I guess it is a small town after all, everybody knows everybody in these hick towns - Who was the Vampire that was shot?

I think everybody knows by now, that Salome is the traitor, I'm surprised that it is so hard to see for our beloved cast. What will happen now that Russell is on the loose? It is safe to say, that we won't lose any of our main cast, cause you know, they are the main cast, and main casts do not get killed off. If Eric was just an asset like Jesus, Russell would've had his ass 50 times over already.

I never thought that Sookie would be able to loose her powers, that is kinda lame.. I guess she is forced to choose between being a mere mortal, or join the other fairies.

Alcide finally found his wild-tiger-looking second, as I was told by people that he does in the book. I expect a fiery, smolding primal sex scene between the two at some point. Obviously Alcide will become the new pack master, and he is undoubtedly not done with Sookie, Bill and Eric.

How did Eric glamour Alcide last episode? I'm almost 100% sure that we've been told, that all Supe's have a natural resistance... No?

Also excited to see, what the hell is going on with Jesus and his creepy mouth.. I really have no idea, we haven't been properly introduced to that part of the story line, in my opinion. Though I fail to see, what it could possibly contribute with to the story line... How does this Brujo stuff, and Jesus's grandfather, fit into Russel, The Authority and Werewolf dilemmas?

Thanks for starting Nad

I think on the subject of Alcide's glamour, I think due to Eric healing his cut with is 1000 year old vampire blood, he was able to glamour hime.

Just watched it, so memory is fresh!

I figured more would happen in this episode, judging by the teaser, but it was not as exciting to be honest, and quite ridiculous...

Alcide: The whole Pack master thing doesn't interest me very much, but I imagine it was rather pleasant for the female members of the audience, to see him shirtless, and some guys I guess. The current Pack master is absolutely insane, offering V to Emma... Friggin idiot.. Doesn't surprise me at all, that Alcide is already fooling around with his second, he is a dog afterall.

Sookie: I know that we are supposed to believe that Sookie is going to lose her powers, but obviously something is going to happen, they would not make Sookie a mere mortal, no way she is going to lose her fairy powers.

Jason: I loved the scene with him and Sookie, I feel like I want them to show more sibling love, they only have one another afterall. Him and Jessica's scene was awesome as well! I hoped to see a little more of Jessica in that outfit of hers, but I have noticed that out of everyone in the series, she one of the most reluctant to go full frontal. Sorry if I sound like a pervert, but I am extremely attracted to her, so you cannot blame me for wanting to see her body - The moment when she bit Jason, and he shot her in the head, I could feel the tension through the screen, I thought they were going to have wild primal sex after that, but I guess Jason's badass'ery was just as good haha, he was so awesome and cold during that scene, loved it

Jessica: Did not see much of her this episode, not as much as I would've liked () - Cannot really say much.. Still love her to death.

Tara: I am starting to like Tara now! In aaaaall the previous seasons, she never spoke to me! She was always crying, always drama, and she has never shown any skin! Until now! I loved her in that insanely revealing tight stripper outfit, she is built like a friggin Amazon! I love it! I think it is very important for the storyline, that she and Pam bond, like they did today! Pam is her new mother, and despite her being mean to Tara, she is still a better mother than Letteymay(spellcheck) ever was!

The Vampires: Woooooooooooooow, really? 95% of the Vampire-scenes, I found myself with this face "o_Õ" .... Really? So Nora is a Sanguenistas after all, Salome too.. And the fact that Eric and Bill still did not know about Salome, until she revealed it herself.. Wooooow, everyone knew right from the get go lol! I am disappointed in Nora, I really liked her.. I feel badly for Eric. I loved Eric's remark towards Nora haha! "You bible fu**** ****" - "Go fu** yourself Nora!"

I am sad that the Guardian was killed off, I liked him! He was a very charismatic character!

So they drink the blood of Lilith, get insanely high, remember Eric's quote, "it's Vampire blood... We are Vampires.... Nothing will happen". They slaughter everyone in Merlotte's, and Lilith spawns from a pool of blood, deliciously naked and beautiful... The weird part starts here... She walks around, and apparently screams up some somewhat red dust, that makes all the Vampires go back crap crazy.. As I said, I did not enjoy the Vampire scenes at all. Except for Lilith...

Furthermore... Russell? The purpose of digging up Russell, was so that he could aid in the extinction of the human race, which is apparently what Nora and Salome supports, and just happens to be exactly what Russell wants as well! So basically now that they are all high out of their minds from blood, they are going around killing people. I wonder what will happen next episode, Eric wise, will he just grab Nora and leg it? I loved seeing Godric again, even if it is just a flashback, I am still so sad they killed him off, even here years after, the scene with Eric and Godric is still my favorite, most touching scene so far, and brilliant acting among the two! Also, first time we see Eric lose his hard mask!

As for the rest of the characters: Tery's storyline doesn't interest me. I do not see how it will benefit the main storyline, and I do not see how it will ever end... I do want him to go back to Arlene and the kids though, nothing must happen to him!

... Lafayette... Lafayette, Lafayette, Lafayette... Of course he was not going to get killed, we knew that, but I was expecting his badass Brujo powers to get him out of it, I was not expecting the pregnant woman to stab Jesus' grandfather in the heart like 300 times, but he definitely had it coming! I still have absolutely NO CLUE about what Lafayette's side of the story contributes with, REALLY, NOOOOOOOO CLUE WHATSOEVER! But I am sure he will end up saving the day somehow!

This episode does not leave much to ponder about, it was very straight forward! It did not leave you puzzled, it was very easy going and informative. Anything you were wondering about, was explained in this episode, you had Alcide bare chested, and Jessica looking hot in very sexy underwear, and you had Vampires killing people, high out of their minds.

Episode Recap/Review

Still loving Russell - particularly his shock at seeing Lilith actually materialize! I'm still wondering what Salome's end-game is, given that she easily could have murdered Roman and clearly did not need Russell to do it for her.

The episode recap and review is up at The Two Cents here.

Comments welcome!

Sookie to Jason: ...And yes, you can eat my bacon!

I thought them getting high on "lilith's" blood was freaking hilarious!! My husband and I were cracking up! Eric giving Bill a piggy back ride. Too much!!

I like the Jason and Jessica scene, but made me a little sad. I'm slightly concerned for Jess' safety, especially with crazy ass Hoyt and his gang of a-holes running around.

Sam rolling around on the ground was hysterical!

Oh, and I read someone say that they have a hunch that they brought Bud Dearborn back because he's Dragon. I like this hunch.

So basically every member of the Authority is more or less a traitor. Everyone and their mother knew Salome was behind digging Russell up, so no surprise here.

Now Eric is the only one normal among the group of vamps because Godric appeared to him and told him what he was doing was wrong. Horrible writing.

Sookie and Jason should have more scenes together.

Alcide and his new girl were hot. He is roughly 10 thousand times more interesting when away form Sookie.

I like Laffy and Jesus but I just can't get into the whole brujo storyline.

Terry needs to stop whining and take the wrap for his actions.

Best part of the ep? Tara/Pam. The hug Tara gave her was sweet.

I still don't get why Salome had to wait a year to dig up Russell...what was the point in waiting that long...

And what was that reason she gave Bill for not killing Roman herself... something about the blood, and how it was always meant to be Russell, um ok, or was it just because she didn't have the guts to do it herself......

Salome is so full of ****. She said something about Russell being the only vampire powerful enough to take Roman out. She was 1500 years older than Roman and she could have easily killed him herself.
