Excellent work, once again Mandy!!

I'm very intrigued by that birth certificate. Not only are there a lot of 1999's on there, but a lot of October's. Clear dates include 10/12/99, then 10/18/99. It's odd that that sequence should exist on a birth certificate.

Also there looks to be a surname "Baltran".

Some kind of issue no. 156-66-333426. That's too long to be a SSN. Now the side-by-side position of 666 and 333 might mean something -- evil vs. good?

Also LOVED the photoshopping of the pic of John Noble with that old pic of little Josh. I totally laughed out loud as soon as I saw that shot of Josh that I only know from Mandy's Josh gallery of his childhood pictures!

Thanks for all the info Mandy and Ten My Love! I can never notice clues like that the first time I watch, but maybe thats because my TV is a 13'. I need a bigger one.

You're impressive, Mandy! Thank you very much for posting all of those

galesgirl645 10-02-2008 03:31 PM

wow so much to learn that's all very interesting. I thought that there was no such thing.

Mandy 10-02-2008 03:51 PM

No problem. :)

I just wish I could have found the clue for 'next weeks' main focus. The week prior had a photo of that weird egg shaped thing in the train station, which we knew was a connection based on the promos, but I don't see anything in this episode that leads us in. . .

Something new that was just brought up. Looks like the folks over at FringeTelevision.com were curious about the birth certificate, too. They even went so far as to REALLY, REALLY slow down each frame and piece together this:

Crazy!

The birth certificate is for a Kyle Richard Beltran, born October 10, 1999 - almost nine years ago. You can also make out the mothers name - Amy Beltran, maiden name Steffan.

I did another look and the father's name is listed, too. But I'm still trying to make out the first name, but the last name is definitely Beltran as well.

Hmm, very interesting. So that isn't Peter's birth certificate than I'm assuming. Thanks for the info, Mandy! :D

Demy 10-03-2008 05:03 AM

I wonder why Peter has it (or maybe they belong to his father).
Interestign stuff,Thank you!

killed the lights 10-03-2008 09:49 AM

^Yeah I think Walter had it, because it was in the file box Peter was going through at Walter's lab.

Addison Montgomery 10-03-2008 01:47 PM

That's really interesting! Fringe is getting more and more intriguing! We have another mistery to find out, now! :D

galesgirl645 10-03-2008 02:32 PM

Bringing this over from Fringe Televison.com:

Quote:

There's no new episode of Fringe tonight, but Executive Producers Alex Kurtzman, Jeff Pinkner, and Roberto Orci have something to tide you over until next week - The Secrets of Fringe . They discuss seven important insights about Olivia Dunham, Walter Bishop, Peter Bishop, Phillip Broyles, The Observer, The Pattern, and Agent Scott.

sweet_zelda 10-09-2008 02:43 AM

Thanks, Shanna, for bringing this over :D That ought to keep us a bit busy.

Mandy that's very interesting about the birth certificate! Any suggestions on who Kyle might be?

And more importantly, how can Walter have this certificate, since it was issued while he was in the mental institute!

Ten My Love 10-09-2008 09:17 PM

Thanks for posting Fox's The Secrets of Fringe, NateHales.

One thing that stuck out for me was Roberto Orci said that there is some big secret about Peter, that he might be hiding or that he doesn't even know about. He also said Peter might not have a medical history!

^No prob guys. And you can call me Shanna. :)

Yeah, me too! I also found the part when they said that he had Walter as a father and he might not have 'treated him with Robitussin' when he was sick to be very interesting.
