Took me a minute to realize what this thread is about.
Yesterday I donated a Keurig coffee maker to the local Senior Center. The first time I went there, over two years ago, I was surprised that they had no way to make coffee in their kitchen, so when it came up on the center's wishlist, I decided to get them one. The center director was very appreciative. __________________

Perhaps I should have posted an intro.
Got a haircut today. First time I felt safe enough to go to a barber in a year and a half. Been letting a friend cut it. I've been letting my hair grow out like those 80s hair bands and then get a buzz cut. It's all gone now.  |

I remember my first post-COVID haircut. It was down way past my shoulders and I got it cut very short - like a boy's cut. It felt light and cool and wonderful.

I had very long hair most of my life. Short hair still feels weird even though I first cut it short about 10 years ago.
