I wonder what other after-effects Cortexiphan might have had that we didn't hear about.

Don't you wish you lived in the alternate universe right now?

Meh, not really.

I mean yeah covid is devastating but how do we know it’s not worse over there? Their planet was already deteriorating on its own without a global pandemic

I’d like to think Walter could come up with a vaccine

That was until The Bridge was built and then the eventual end of The Blight.

Remember, things looked pretty bright 'over there' in 2036. ("Liberty")

I suspect that the differences between our universe and the alternate universe are a lot like the differences between living in various states or countries. There are good things about each and bad things about each.

Since coffee was scarce for so many years in the alternate universe, I wonder if that accelerated the sales of such beverages as tea and energy drinks 'over there'.

I suspect it did. People would have to fill in the void. Or perhaps the lack of caffeine made them more laid back.

I wonder how places like Starbucks and Caribou dealt with the coffee shortage.

The only clear-cut evidence that Mexico exists in the alternate universe (a much bigger Mexico at that), among other things.
