Well I'll try to marathon this weekend, if I can find the time.

Anyone have special plans for the weekend?

How was your holiday Jazzed?

You'll have to watch the finale as soon as you can and let us know your thoughts

It's been raining today here, but last week the weather was so nice Want to go to a National Park and see all the maple trees with their Fall leaves, should be a beautiful sight

Holiday's a wonderful, but always too short hey

I hope you get some time to just sit back and relax and catch up on those episodes

Wayyy too short plus you have stuff piling up for you to get to a crazy crazy week basically..

Been raining here too lately, a lot and heavily. Definitely feels like Fall now. Can't believe they are already selling Sinterklaas stuff i.e. sweets like pepernoten... Got to control myself...

No great plans this weekend other than relaxing a bit, doing stuff around the house - maybe a spur of the moment thing. Anyone seen any good movies to recommend, lately?

What is pepernoten?

Went to a national park Saturday to see the Fall leaves, which was nice, but they weren't their bright res colour this year, not cold enough. Such a nice sunny day, then today it has been wet and miserable

It's Thanksgiving weekend here also Glad I don't have to work on the public holiday

Yeah a couple of my Canadian friends have been telling me about Thanksgiving celebrations. We never celebrate that here so I always forget when the time comes, but I bet it was nice? Did you celebrate it at all, with friends etc?

I do like the fall, it just always seems to rain so damn much.
So any time I feel like a walk in the woods, I tend to be put off by rain. Hope next weekend will be nicer

Pepernoten are a typically Dutch treat (though I think they do sell them in parts of Belgium too where they celebrate 'Sinterklaas' like we do here, on December 5th).
I guess you could see them as crispy gingerbread sort of treats, they're very popular especially the chocolate coated ones.. Yummmm

Yum, they do sound good

I didn't really have a Thanksgiving dinner. My roommates went out the night before and were dealing with hangovers the next day I think they slept most of it

I just had a nice brunch with my loved one

A lot of the people I know here aren't Canadian or they have other backgrounds, so they don't tend to celebrate Thanksgiving in the traditional sense.

Next up, Halloween
