I know, summer is nearly all over

I am looking forward to the winter though. First snowfall, going ice skating in the outdoor arena, should be a lot of fun

Sorry.. But I am NEVER looking forward to winter..
Even if it looks pretty, snow creates such havoc all around so I want it to stay Summer for a couple of more months..

It's definitely getting harder each year with the congested highways and traffic jams on account of it..

But I do agree that the snow itself, especially when it's just dropped, looks magical.

Thankfully I don't have to drive

Anyone got anything planned for the weekend? There's a few events happening around town, like the Busker fest, so I'll check that out. Fan expo is also in town and both Julie and Jaime are appearing forDefiance. I was gonna go but I have another eengagement, but hopefully next year I will go and be better prepared

I was off to a Summer festival with live bands with a friend. Pretty fun, except the weather wasn't holding up too well lol.. But I guess it beats being soaked or cooked in heat so..

Not too sunny today so I guess I'll stay here, watching some stuff I haven't gotten around to lately and catching up stuff. I can't believe how things pile up really - what did I used to do going out much more yet somehow not having to deal with so much stuff not getting done? Wow..

Busker fest wasn't too bad. Also went to the CNE which is like a fair and that was a lot of fun Lots of events happen in summer, but it's slowly winding down now

It's a long weekend over here, but I'm pretty much working most of it Just finished for Saturday and have to work Sunday as well. I do have the Monday off though and am headed to Wonderland the amusement park, so that should be fun

Ohh that does sound like fun!
It's been ages since I was in an amusement park!

We had the socalled 'Uitmarkt' here this weekend, the beginning of the new Cultural season which means a lot of performances free of entrance to go check out. It's been fun even if very busy..

Really tired now so off to bed soon, can't believe it's Monday again tomorrow..

Wonderland was so much fun. There weren't that many people there either, so you barely had to wait in line at all.

What were the performances like that you saw Jazzed?

Cool!

Oh we went to an up an coming comedian, which was kinda fun, and a play.
Neither of them I had heard of before ito production but they were both good fun. I'm not one for crowds though so we didn't stay that long tbh, it was more to get a whiff of the atmosphere.

I've got my eye on a few things I'd like to go watch though.

That sounds like fun. I don't think I've ever been to watch any stand ups before. I've seen plenty of those comedy festivals on tv though

Yeah it's a lot of fun!
I'm not a big fan of crowds (understatement of the year.. ) so I tend to only go watch a few things - but it's always good fun, I'm glad this event is held every year because it does give you an impression of what to expect in the theaters.
