There have to be at least the following:
- David and the band join Ryan on stage for Last Train Home and other songs - Ryan and David duet on Breathe (for two different occasions) - Ryan serenades David with TOML - Ryan grabs David's ass at least in two different occasions - Ryan kisses David - Ryan puts his tongue in David's ear Why so awesome, Ryan?  Also, the "Ryan Star rides David Cook's bull" video in the OP doesn't work anymore, I have no idea what that was about.  Quote:
