How has everything been for you? So excited that summer is here... though the rain yesterday kinda put a damper on things.

Thank you for the new thread! I really have been trying to get back to this board lately but life has been crazy. I finished my exams and then started working the next day...and still haven't had a break since, except for 1 day. The lack of sleep is leaving me in a permanent state of sickness. Life is starting to slow down a bit though.

It was raining here for 3 or 4 days in a row, it was crazy. It's so nice to see the sun again.

How have you been Bryan?

I've been good. I'm taking summer classes right now, which suck, but I'm done in 2 weeks thank god. How about you? How's your summer been?

Oh I know the feeling of summer classes, I remember I did a few of those in university to get ahead/keep myself from being bored when my summer job ended early!

It's been so incredibly hot here, I've been sweating! Not to mention the mosquitoes... ugh!

My summer has been good, I'm working at a camp so it's stressful and tiring but lots of fun.

I took Political Studies and Geography in June and now in July I'm taking Geology and Women and Gender Studies. I'm just taking electives.

I'm going to a Taylor Swift concert at the end of this week and then seeing Harry Potter so I CANNOT WAIT for this weekend to come. Are any of you guys seeing Harry Potter 7 part 2?

Have fun at the TS concert! I want to see her on this tour so bad, but the nearest is in Edmonton, so it's 5 hours from me. I wanna see HP 7 part 2 this weekend, but I don't think I'll see it for a bit just cause of school. All my friends are going to the midnight showing on Thursday night, but I work at 6 am on Friday morning, so I'll be passing on that.

Thanks. Aww, yeah, that's pretty far. There's always Youtube though. It almost makes you feel like you were there sometimes. Oh, yeah, you'd be dead tired if you went to the midnight showing then. I have friends going to the midnight showing too but I'm skipping out on that because of work too.

If I do see the new Harry Potter movie, I'd probably wait a bit so it wouldn't be so busy. I usually don't go to movies right when they open to avoid the rush.

If an act I really liked was putting on a concert that close and I could get the time off work, I'd go in a heartbeat. Heck, I've travelled even further to see Kate, and it truly was worth it! And I do agree, Youtube is great for catching up on live performances, but honestly, nothing beats being right there.

Just nearing the end of my whirlwind Alberta trip, already visited Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary and am now in Medicine Hat. Got to see my sister yesterday and will be visiting my grandma tomorrow before heading home.

Oh nice trip! Those are all great cities! I travel to alta a lot to watch WHL games.

If I LOVED t-swift I would travel to edmonton in a heartbeat, but idk, I'm not keen on her live singing so I'd really only go if she came to my city. Otherwise if it were Carrie or something I'd travel far.

Taylor Swift is to me as Carrie Underwood is to you. So I would travel far for her.
