Thanks to Summit for clearing up a few rumors that have been floating around the internet lately, mainly about Breaking Dawn, but also about the Eclipse DVD release date. I’m sure you have seen some or all of them, so we wanted to tell you straight from the horse’s mouth.

1) Many of you have sent me casting notices for Breaking Dawn. Any and all casting notices have been false thus far. There is only ONE casting director on the Breaking Dawn films, Deborah Zane. No local auditions are being held at this time. Please don’t fall for scams, guys! They are all over the place, and completely unrelated to the films.

2) If you have heard that Renesmee’s name will be changed for the film version of Breaking Dawn, rest assured this is not the case. (Thanks to Twilight Lexicon for doing the recon on that one.)

3) Xavier Samuel (Riley) was listed in the cast list for Breaking Dawn, Part 1 on IMDb.com. This is also false. Xavier and/or Riley will not appear in Breaking Dawn. Keep in mind that IMDb is a member-updated site, meaning a lot of false information can get on there and everyone takes it as official. It’s not! (Thanks to Twilight Examiner for her investigative skills on this one!)

4) The U.S. release date for the Eclipse DVD has not yet been confirmed, so any rumors you have seen about the release date are without merit. International release dates with international distributors may well be accurate, but the US dates are still speculation at this point. When Summit confirms the date to us, we’ll tell you ASAP!

Clearing up a few rumors about ‘Breaking Dawn’ | Team-Twilight

Um a couple days ago. I had the day off work and got my homework done way early and realized I hadn't watched Twilight in awhile so I popped it in then poped in NM lol

Glad to see all those rumours debunked. I'm happy about the Renesmee one I knew it sounded too crazy to be true but glad to see it was. Also I guess Nov 1st isnt't the release date for the DVD then?

I last watched Twilight a few days ago. And I watched NM yesterday. I do so bad at trying to watch sequels in a row :lol:

I was wishing Nov 1 was the dvd release date :pout: Now I'm kinda sad because I thought it was gonna be out by my birthday.

If I watch twilight I make sure I have to the time to slip in NM as well I can't not watch the next one. It's going to be a prob when I have all 5 my whole day will have to be devoted to it :lol:

I'm gonna have a "Do not disturb" sign when I have all 5 :lol: and just watch them all day.

When I re-watch New Moon...I usually watch New Moon Edward re-wind.:eek:

Last time I watched Twilight was about a week ago. :) I still adore that movie so much :love: There is just something about it. That bedroom kissing scene is still as good as the first time I saw it :eyebrows: Last time I watched NM was quiet some time ago. I don't really have to same longing to watch it like I do with Twilight. Also when I do watch it I watch up to were Edward leaves Bella and then wind it on to were Alice come back :lol: I just can't sit through all that Jacob :sick:

I miss the Twilight days where I didn't mind J at all.:lol: EB bedroom kiss will always be great.:thud: I can't count how many times I watched Twilight.:lol:

I won't say I used to like J but I didn't hate his guts like I do now lol I mean there is just a HUGE difference with him before and after becoming a wolf. He's just too hard after the transformation and even the way he speaks is different his whole demeanor is just totally different and I can't stand his guts now :lol:

I have to agree...his transformation to a wolf made him more unlikable.:lol: I didn't dislike him in the beginning at all though.

Oh and yes I do watch the Edward Rewind version.

I was indifferent to him in the begining I didn't care if he was there or not. But NM made me just sick of his face :lol:

I know I always rewind parts of NM when I watch it hehe and Twilight too.
