The fact that he doesn't already know just goes to show how bad the writers are with the Newman's situation. Their story shouldn't just be about hating each other. There is much more to life than just laser focusing on one situation at a time.

I feel the issue is that the writers don't want Sharon and Adam's in each other's orbit because they want to rebuild Chadam.

They don't know how to write Adam interacting with Sharon when he's with Chelsea... pretty annoying.

^I get that and the whole only focusing on Newman Family hate. Like a mix of both.

Exactly when they are forcing Chadam on us they can't balance the Shadam dynamic because they are directly opposing. It's annoying because I truly believe Sharon and Adam have better chemistry and more weight as a couple.

Michael and Sharon also had amazing chemistry together, that would be hard to replicate with a new-actor as Adam.
