Can you believe Lydia today? Yesterday was bad enough, but then today how gross. What a skank throwing her bra around and raving to Stefan on what a great night she had having *sex* w/someone who doesn't even love her or like her in the least. She's so disgusting.

Nikolas telling Lydia *It was just sex* and that he only had sex w/her because he couldn't make [img]smilies/love.gif[/img] to Emily was the kick in the teeth that that girl needed. And him telling her that 'he's getting married to her, but Emily has his heart and always will'. Oh, that just melted my heart right away. That shock on Emily's face was priceless. I can't believe that she was actually in shock though, because he's been sending signals like CRAZY. Of course, she is preoccupied w/having cancer and Zander, so I guess I can let that go. I so wanted to see him bolt out the door after Emily, but Lydia had to mess up his head once again and keep him from bolting right after her. That wasn't so bad seeing as he ended up knocking on her bedroom door later anyways. First, he tried to hide his love for her and you know that he was doing that for Emily's sake. Because he still thinks that she is so [img]smilies/in_love.gif[/img] w/Zander still. Even though it's so frustrating it's so sweet to see him trying to be so noble. I [img]smilies/love.gif[/img] the way Emily didn't let him be noble though and made him tell her the truth. That was such a great lead in to tomorrow's show. OMG - Emily was SO WRONG when she wrote in her diary that that kiss on the ruffs was going to be her last w/Nikolas. I cannot wait until tommorrow! That kiss looks like it is going to be hella hot. And he tells her he's [img]smilies/in_love.gif[/img] w/her. :faints on the floor:

I've read alot of spoilers for the weeks ahead and I'm not going to spill the beans on any of those, but I do have to say that NEm's future is going to get even tougher as the days go by. So keep alot of tissues at hand and hold onto your hearts cause it's going to be a very, very bumpy road.

Awww Carie! Perfect post... When Nik told Lydia that it was "just sex" w/her I wanted to scream "Take that you selfish/spoiled b!tch!" Lol, but I didn't. Anyways, it was great to hear him tell her how much he cares for Emily, AND it was great that Em finally heard it.

I CAN'T WAIT for him to tell Em that he has fallen in love w/her! I'm so excited for tomorrow.

I loved today especially how Nikolas cut down Lydia. I was like she is so disgusting and she may have money but does she have to act like a tramp.

I agree with everyone, it was about time that Nikolas told Lydia off! I was about ready to slap her today, watching her prance around just because she slept with Nik. If TPTB don't want us to like her, they're doing a great job of it. She's a mixture of just about every quality that I hate in female soap charcters.

I knew that today's show was going to be sad towards the end, but I didn't realize how wrecked it was going to make me.

Emily is my favorite character besides Nikolas, but today she really just made me so angry at her. How in this world could anyone look at those beautiful eyes of Nikolas' and tell him that half of their heart is his than throw this so-called 'Love' she has for someone else back up in his face. She really made me want to throw things at the screen today.

Other than that though those kisses were so yummy. Tyler's lips...I don't know about you guys, but to me those lips should be in a museum somewhere or at least here w/me because I know I could find better things for them to be doing then kissing a girl that just wants to keep pushing him away time/time again. Here I go again. Stop me now! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] But anyways he does have the most luscious lips that I've EVER seen/body for that matter. [img]smilies/drool.gif[/img] The only other thing I want to say about that is that *Eva Longoria-Christopher* IS the luckiest woman in the world. To get to come home to that every evening...we should all be so lucky.

Now that I've ranted/gushed [probably a little to much.] over Tyler, I want to say something about what was said between Nik/Em before she shoved him away, like you would do to the peas you didn't want to eat for dinner, when you were younger.

Let's analyze the text shall we...

She's trying to still play god w/their lives. Because she thinks that if she cuts the 'love ties' between her and Nikolas that he would be able to take care of his family's businesses, like he would've probably done anyways had he not fell [img]smilies/in_love.gif[/img] w/Emily. Mark my word, this is going to come back to haunt her royally. And yes she did put something in motion, but that something that she put in motion was always there it just needed that extra nudge that was meant to happen.

I agree that the message is not to stop it. I don't think that it can be stopped. It can be slowed down and stalled, but eventually their love for each other is going to over power all that has been done to try/stop it and the flood gates are going to burst. I hope that's what happens at least. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img] There's that 'I never meant' again. Sure nothing was ever meant to happen, but when fate takes over everything that you thought would never come true suddenly becomes your reality. I couldn't believe after all that Nikolas has been through to get to that moment he still was willing to back off/pretend that nothing ever happened. That just shows how incredible a person he is, and how much he deserves to be loved/happy to the greatest degree.

What he said there made all the pain from those moments that Em was crushed over Nikolas not returning her feelings/having to see him w/Kat back then all worth it. 'You captured my heart a long time ago, and you'll have it forever.' OMG wasn't that so amazing to hear him say that to her! And referring back to the first kiss/how they felt back then about it was such a cute touch.

I'm so glad that Em decided to finally be honest w/him and tell him straight out what she was feeling. Nikolas has not had enough of that in his life. And w/all he's been going through he deserves that more than anything. Especially from the one girl he's always been able to trust completely.

I [img]smilies/love.gif[/img]d what she said to him, 'You're inside of me, nikolas. Awake, asleep, no matter who I'm with or what I do, part of me is with you.' I wasn't expecting something so incredibly meaningful said by her since I already knew that she was going to be going back to Zander. Such great words and so beautifully said by Natalia.

Nikolas: Well, what about what's fair to us? I mean, we have to honor the way we -- the way we feel here.

Emily: We can't just run roughshod over other people's feelings because we have a lousy sense of timing. We both made promises. You have to marry lydia for the sake of your family --

nikolas: No.

Emily: And I have to stay with zander.

Nikolas: I don't care about lydia.

Emily: Well, I care about zander -- I love him. He's been everything to me and he doesn't deserve to be kicked in the teeth. Nikolas, I won't hurt him.

I hated that...the minute he figures out that 'this is love' it gets ripped right out from underneath him. The minute his heart is full of love it gets broken in two.

And there goes Emily trying to play god still. Trying to keep herself young and in love w/a man who doesn't truly love her anymore. I mean he cares about her as someone he once loved, but he doesn't love her like Nikolas does at all. Em's so right she's a very selfish person when it comes to Nik/Zan she wants her cake and eat it, too. And eventually she's going to see that love doesn't work that way. Now I'm referring to what I've seen in the spoilers so I can't go any further than just right there.

And then there goes Nikolas being all noble again. The tears/the sadness in his eyes that tore my heart to shreads. I actually welled up w/tears when those tears fell from his eyes. And then the way she lied to Zander about why he [Nikolas] was there just made me so mad at her once again. How could she do that to Nikolas. If she truly was unsure about her love for the both of them, she could have told Nikolas that she needed some time. She didn't have to totally shove him off. I'm almost to the edge of not thinking that she deserves his love at all. Not 'til she sees what a treasure he is and apologizes for pushing his love away when you know that she knows he's 'THE ONE', deep down that girl knows. How could she not know? Why else after having sex w/Zander would she be having 'too much' feelings for Nikolas. That girl is either blinded by her thoughts of the way she felt for Zander when she was a teenager or just plain dumb. Either way I don't think that I would blame Nikolas if he turned/walked away from her, when she does wake up and realizes that she needs Nikolas in her life more than she ever needed/even wanted Zander.
