appreciation thread

From the beginning, these two had a s p a r k that we all took notice of. Lulu Spencerwas a girl who had been hurt too many times and Dante Falconeri,then known as Dominic Pirelli, was the new guy in town with lots of cheesy pick up lines. Dante wasted no time hitting on Lulu every change he got and Lulu wasted no time turning him down every change he got. Slowly, he started to b r e a k d o w n all of Lulu's walls and she started to fall for him, and we started to fall for them together.

By the time news arose in Port Charles that Dante was undercover trying to bring Sonny to justice, these two were in l o v e and n o t h i n g was changing that. They became their own little safe place, and grew with each other. They have many ups and downs and will continue too, but in the end their love is a p u r e l o v ethat has been a pleasure to witness.

Can I be added to the fan list? I've always loved Dante & Lulu together and I'm thrilled that they are expecting their 1st child.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the new regime is writing for them individually & together.

Somebody on another board did the math & said that their baby could be born just in time for GH's 50th anniversary, which would just be plain awesome, since it increases the chance of Sonny, Luke & Laura all together seeing the grandchild being born, unlike with Aiden.

I have no idea, GH's timeline is so off. about Genie, I don't see her coming back as she on contract with Y&R.

Since Y&R just got a new headwriter & a new executive producer, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Genie was one casualty in the bloodbath that inevitably follow.

And even if she's not, GH could do what OLTL did in Andrea Evans' case last year when the show was ending: the actress was on contract at B&B at the time & OLTL negotiated with B&B (and the network) to have her on OLTL for a limited run and a deal was worked out. I could see the same thing happening for the case of GH & its important 50th anniversary.

She's probably talking about her experience under Guza & JFP and now, they're both gone. If there's anyone that can convince her to come back at least for the anniversary, it's Frank Valentini. Look at what Ingo Rademacher said about the new regime and yet, there he is about to make a come back to GH.

I'd give anything to see Laura meet her son in law and see how well Lulu has done for herself.

I'd give even more to see the core 4 Spencers (Luke, Laura, Lulu & JJ's Lucky) finally share the screen all at the same time and I think FV can make it happen.
