I thought that they had worked it out because I saw him tweet an apology to her & her telling him that she hopes he gets the story he wants? :confused:

And I don't know why she should take it personally: it's not a knock against her as a person or an actress. Nick & Sharon simply do belong together at the end of the day because they are the supercouple with the deeply rooted history & emotional connection.

It's funny because JM said the same thing during a chat thing they were doing with SOC. She was there and said something about how Phyllis true love was somebody else too.

I can go back to interviews from 2010 where JM said Shick belonged together. Or even 2007 when from a CBS interview where he was asked who Nick belonged with and he said Juliet...Sharon.

Shick were set up to be the endgame couple way before Phyllis came into the picture.

I know right? It's not like what he said is something new. This is why I don't understand the sudden controversy.

And as far as the controversy, I'm perplexed. I've seen Joshua wax poetic about Phick so much that fans were saying that is the pairing he prefers. I even watched him in a 30 min interview talk up Phick like a grand love story but once the interviewer asked him who should be endgame he said Shick. This isn't news!!! He's ALWAYS stated that Shick are meant to be. And he's ALWAYS been more than complimentary to Phick. It's really unfair to him to be bashed for saying something he has maintained for years (and is backed up by the show and history imo).

He's always been extremely complimentary towards Phick/MS for years but he's always maintained that Nick & Sharon should end up together.
