Well, today was my first day of vacation, and so far I've gotten almost nothing accomplished, so it was a good day.

You did? No, I said it began this Thursday, which is today. I'm off work until November 3rd, and I go back to work on November 4th. So this is my Halloween vacation. But yeah, I do get how days can bleed into each other. That's what it was like when I worked overnight shift.

Yeah working 3rd shift really screwed with my and it makes sense that when I can actually sleep it's during the day and I pretty much stay up all night

At least I was wrong and your vacation just started. I cannot believe how close it is getting to Christmas

Yeah, when I worked 3rd shift I had trouble remembering what day it was. I'm so much happier working 1st shift, even if I have to get up at 4am.


That's why I took this vacation. At least I'll get some rest before the madness of the Thanksgiving and Christmas shopping madness.

I actually liked third shift when I was working it just not the side effects it had on my sense of time and sleep patterns. Only thing I don't miss is Black Friday and the Christmas season for shopping

I hated both the side effects on my sleep patterns as well as the work involved. It was boring and repetitive, and exhausting. I was sore and tired all the time. The shift I'm on now is much easier.

I agree, I hate Black Friday as well. I just hope they give me Thanksgiving and Black Friday off this year because Thursdays and Fridays are my normal days off.

I had a good day, thanks. I'm actually doing some homework for one of my other boards. I'm catching up on The Gifted so I can have more discussions about it on the X-Men board.

Flyers are back down to fifth place in the Metropolitan Division. They're 5-5. At least the Eagles are still 6-1 and lead the NFC East.

Hi Alex I gave The Gifted a try but it just didn't hold my interest. I'm sure it's a good show otherwise but those types of shows just aren't my style and really I'm picky when it comes to comics/superheroes and all of that. Oh well

Well I'm jealous of your sports teams. Red Wings have now lost 5 in a row and some of the players are so awful that they should be in a beer league and barely good enough for
the AHL. I don't know if it's going to be as bad as the Deadwings era but it's gonna take
at least 2 years before we come even close to contending and about 4 until we have an even shot at the playoffs.It's getting cold outside and getting frozen in for a few months really plays on your anxiety and mental issues

It got cold here too, but it's supposed to warm up this weekend. But we're also going to get rain this weekend.

Ugh I had a complete post almost done and my phone froze up. I'm actually gonna head and lay down to try and rest. I'm not in a good mood for some reason and when my meds aren't working sometimes I'm not the nicest guy in the world I think the worst part of being bipolar is your moods change randomly and you have no idea what comes next.
