It is good if you burn most of the calories by exercising and other stuff around the house. If you were to burn all of the things you eat by exercising on the treadmill, your whole body would be sore. Today, I had a whole plate of spaghetti that had hamburger in it, and 3 low calorie breadsticks. That is all what I had today. Cinnamon supports your metabolism. You should consider getting some.


How far is that away from you? 5 minutes?


Yes. I am a night owl. I hate getting up early.

OMG, you had a plate of spaghetti? That always makes me fall asleep. All those carbs affect insulin levels that can make you drowsy. But that does sound yummy. And I do get some exercise at work, though not the kind I like. Walking to and from work also helps. I'll try the cinnamon thing. Thanks!

Actually, the restaurant is right next doo to me. It takes 30 seconds for me to walk there.

I used to be a night owl when I had a normal work schedule. But for the past decade I was either going to work at 10pm and coming home in the morning, or now getting up at 4am which means I have to go to bed early. But I am still a night owl on my days off.

That's what I used to do. I would root for teams based on how much I liked their helmets and uniforms. But that was when I was a kid. I later started learning more about the games and understood them better. But I still think the Eagles have cool outfits.

OMG, did you see Westworld, Sam? How many freaking bullets does it take to put down William and Maeve? They got shot up to hell and they're both still alive.

Yeah, they're both badasses and Dolores has become a total nutcase. And the trailer for the final three episodes shows Maeve trying to used her telepathy to stop some kind of host war, and William and Dolores facing off against each other. That should be interesting.

Hi Alex. Actually I checked the scale last night. I weighed 154 lbs. So I lost 3 lbs. I burned 430 calories on the treadmill today, did 15 push ups, and did 85 jumping jacks. I also did other activity around the house. I puttered around town with my man. I let him get a haircut because it was staring to look like he needed it.

Yes. I was hungry and didn't eat all day yesterday, so I deserved that plate.

I did some grocery shopping last night. It was fun.

Interesting.

Well, it is good that you are a night owl on your days off because I need that.
