Hi, Amber! Yes, I'm rested. But I gotta go back to work tomorrow. I was having a double watch on another board, which is why I wasn't here earlier.

Well, that's true, but Bays and Thomas also wrote a lot of those episodes too. I think they wrote No Pressure... the one where Robin said "No," and also where Marshall said "Not yet," to Lily. So they were screwing around with us for a long time.

Yeah that's true. Victoria's "I hope you get her someday" was another one

lol I'm in a debate with someone on Reddit right now. He keeps saying Ted and Robin are a terrible couple. I keep asking how and all he can say is Barney and Robin are better and how it's not an opinion. So I come at him with facts and he says I'm overstating things. still hasn't come up with anything to tell me why T/R are terrible

Victory was the only one who really knew that Ted was always going to end up with Robin.

Reddit? I've never been there. And if you want you can borrow my comments on YouTube, Amber. I've taken so much abuse on YouTube from people, but I've also seen a lot of comments from people who thank me for my comments.

It's funny because she wasn't around that much and still knew they would end up together

Thanks Alex! I might just do that. Your comments are on point and it seems people struggled with rebuttals haha. There are a lot of debates on Reddit and a lot of haters.

He stopped arguing with me and started arguing with other people now it's annoying to debate with someone who spits out opinions but can't provide facts.

Well, she was around when it mattered. When Ted and Robin's relationship was being tested.

You're welcome, Amber! Yeah, I got a lot of thumbs up on my comments, and I've left haters without any argument.

Good, that means he can't win an argument with you. But seriously, it's been three years and they're still going on about this?

Lol yeah. People outright saying they still aren't over the ending and how they can't watch re-runs anymore. To me it just makes the show even better!

Hi, Amber! Oh, I hate it when people say they can't watch reruns anymore. There are so many good episodes it's a shame to not rewatch them. I totally understand because there are some episodes that I can't watch, mostly the ones where Ted and Robin were with other people, or the show was trying to misdirect us by making it seem like they'd never get back together. Those were frustrating. But going back and watching reruns from the first four seasons can help to understand why the show ended the way it did. Ted and Robin ending up together makes a lot more sense if you go back and review the old episodes.

Hi Alex!

I skip the first 7 episodes in season 5. I just can't sit through them and I also skip the proposal scene...so I understand where they are coming from as well. The Ted/Robin scenes stayed strong though and the chemistry they had never fizzled.

Is that pic after they made up?

Hi, Amber! I don't know, I was hoping you could tell me. Robin's hair is shorter, so it might be from the later seasons.

Well, I like everything in season 4 that leads up to Ted and Stella's wedding, because that's when we get more Ted and Robin foreshadowing. And of course, when Ted and Robin become roommates with benefits. I agree, I skip over the first seven episodes of season 5 and just focus on Robin going from being with Don to moving back in with Ted and nearly having sex with him. That was a perfect season 5 finale. I just wish the show hadn't wasted so much time with Ted and Zoey, although I did like The Captain.

I think it's them becoming friends again after she moved out. It's been a while since I've seen those episodes.

Ugh Stella! As much as I loathe her in a way she did bring them closer together and you are right there was tons of foreshadowing that season. I do wish they would have had a talk about their argument at his wedding. They never mentioned it again

Ohh, okay. Thanks, Amber.

Yeah, I think the Stella storyline was part of what was supposed to bring Ted and Robin back together, but they had to keep dragging the story out each time they got renewed for a new season.

Yeah, I think it would've been nice to bring up Stella during Ted and Robin's walk along the beach in Sunrise. There's no way that Robin couldn't know that watching her marry Barney had to be as tough on Ted as it was for her to watch him marry Stella.

Oooh, what's that scene from?

I have to go to bed, Amber. I gotta get up early for work, but I'll be back tomorrow.
And I have four days off for Easter weekend, so I'll be around. Goodnight!

Oh yeah that Sunrise episode would've been perfect! She sure knew what it felt like when he married Tracy tho. I sure it was worse this time because of everything they went through during her wedding weekend and her finally realizing she's ready for Ted. Of course it was bad timing again ugh

That scene was from "Where Were We" in their new couple phase

Oh four day weekend! Those are always nice! Enjoy..talk to you tomorrow

Oh, is that where that scene is from?

Thanks, Amber! It's gonna start tomorrow. I'm gonna like having all the extra time to relax.

And this is the scene I really wanted to see.

Yeah, I always that that even if Robin couldn't have kids of her own, that she and Ted could adopt a child so they'd have a child that was exclusively theirs and not Ted's with Tracy.
