Obvious one first! Aly was in Buffy with Tom Lenk (Brian/Scott from the Coffee House in Swarley) and Angel with both her husband Alexis Denisof (Sandy Rivers) and Amy Acker (Penelope in Come On).

Neil is in Doctor Horrible's Singalong Blog with Nathan Fillion who was in Firefly with Morena Baccarin (Chloe from Swarley)

Jason wrote/directed/starred in Forgetting Sarah Marshall with Kristen Bell who is in Heroes with Cristine Rose (Mama Mosby). Another Cristine Rose link - Josh appeared in the LA production of I Sing! the musical with Jenna Leigh Green, who was in Sabrina the Teenage Witch - Cristine Rose played her mum.

Anne Dudek (Natalie from the Return of the Shirt) was in Bones with David Boreanaz, who was in Buffy/Angel with Alyson.

She guest starred on Friends just like Teri Garr who played Neil's mother in Stranger in the Family and like Paul Rudd who was in Knocked up, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and I Love You, Man with Jason. (I'm pretty sure there are more Friends connections, considering the crazy amount of guest stars that show had)
She was on Mad Men with Vincent Kartheiser who was on Angel with Aly, Alexis and Amy. Because everything goes back to Jossverse, obviously :lol:

Also Cristine Rose played mother of Paul Rudd's character on Friends.

And both Neil and Aly guest starred on Touched by an Angel.

Another Anne Dudek connection though not exactly six degrees as it doesn't involve any other people, but when she appeared in Friends she played a character (Paul Rudd's girlfriend) who was getting - wait for it - dumped on her birthday! :lol:

Joe Manganiello (Brad) was in Scrubs which stars Sarah Chalke (Stella). He was also in ER with JP Manoux (Not Moby) and Busy Philipps (Rachel in Third Wheel).

Here's a long one for you: Sarah Chalke is in Scrubs with Zach Braff, who was in The Broken Hearts Club with Dean Cain, who was in The New Adventures of Superman in which K Callan (Lily's Grandma Lois) played his mum.

Sarah Chalke is in Scrubs with Zach Braff who used to date Mandy Moore (Amy in Where Were We) and Mandy also guest starred in Scrubs.

Ashley Williams (Victoria) was in an episode of Dawson's Creek with Busy Philipps (Rachel in Third Wheel) and James Van Der Beek (Simon in Sandcastles in the Sand).

James Van Der Beek was in Dawson's Creek with a number of people who shared screen time with Aly in Buffy - Adam Kaufman, Jason Behr, Bianca Lawson...

Danica McKellar (Trudy) was in The Year That Trembled with Meredith Monroe (who starred in Dawson's Creek with JVDB) and Jonathan Woodward (who was in Buffy with Alyson Hannigan and Firefly with Morena Baccarin).

Jason was on Freaks and Geeks with John Francis Daley who's on Bones with David Boreanaz who was on Buffy/Angel with Aly, Alexis and Amy. Honestly, the Buffyverse connections are too easy to find :lol:

Cobie was on Special Unit 2 with Michael Landes who was on The Wonder Years with Danica McKellar (Trudy). She was also on Jeremiah with Luke Perry who did stage work with Aly and who was on BH90210 with Lindsay Price.

Neil did Animal Room with Matthew Lillard who was in Scooby-Doo with SMG (obligatory Buffy connection :D) and with Linda Cardellini who was on Freaks and Geeks with Jason.

I just remembered one I forgot thanks to your Freaks & Geeks refs! Samm Devine has just finished shooting an indie movie called "Drones" starring Jonathan Woodward, and directed by Amber Benson and Adam Busch. Take your pick of the Buffy references to connect it back to HIMYM! :lol:
