Marcus in Miami: Any word on Gossip Girl next season?

Hope you are sitting down for this and have a paper bag to breathe into because I’m hearing the future is not looking good for Dan and Serena. Gaaahhh! I know, I know, come here and I’ll hold you. Sources tell me that in season two, Dan and Serena will be up and down and all around and everywhere except happy coupledom. The crazy-good news, though? Bluck or Chair or whatever you want to call them are so on. Apparently, the producers have noticed the crazy-good chemistry that lies within that naughty-by-nature duo, and there'll be much more of them ahead. I'm actually told they will be "the couple" moving forward. (Holler if you’re happy in the comments! I’ll meet you there.)

April in San Francisco: I know I shouldn't even be watching it, but can you please give us some more Gossip Girl dish?

Good news: Serena and Dan are hooking up in episode two. Hurrah! Bad news: They so are not long for this world. (Wah-wah.) Meanwhile, Nate's dad continues to be a schmuck, and Nate continues to be the man of the family. And I'm also hearing that the boy Blair uses in a blatant attempt to make Chuck jealous is hot, and will do the trick!

As if that were open for debate! I'm hearing Dan and Serena's on-again, off-again roller-coaster romance takes center stage for Kristen Bell's Gossip Girl's blog in the new season—so much so that a group of passionate tween readers accost Dan and Serena to give them a stern talking-to about what they're doing wrong. Tee-hee.

The Humphrey kids are working hard on their budding careers and won't let Rufus stand in their way. In fact, Jenny's defiance on Monday was just a preview of things to come. I'm told J may be legally divorcing her parents. As for Dan, the feud between him and Chuck Bass will continue -- especially when Chuck realizes Dan is writing an expose on his father for Vanity Fair.

Turns out A is still around and now some Lexie girl (who is A's ex) is flirting with D. And, I am guessing that DS are still hanging out together because they all 4 go out together, and at DS are hanging out together at the Rufus' gallery.

Anyway, very interesting. Plus, there is some big formal dance (Snowflake Ball) and SA are going together and D was going to go without a date until Lexie gets him to ask her to go with him!

Still, I wonder what happens that makes him leave so suddenly. I mean, one minute he's going to that dance with Serena, the next minute he's gone?

You know how Serena hooks up with that artist kid, Aaron Rose? Well, Serena's better half, Dan, ends up dating Aaron's ex, Lexi. (Ah, what a tangled social web those Upper East Siders weave.) Also, and this is complicated, so pay attention: Chuck and Blair meet their clones, Chuck 2.0 and Blair 2.0, and end up giving their respective doppelgängers advice on how to hook up with the 2.0 version of themselves. Hopefully in the midst of all that, the original flavors of Chuck and Blair will realize that they are madly in love and will get back together already!

anyway, what do you y'all think about dan getting with aarons ex? she seemd weirdly into him in the sides. wouldnt she be older than dan since shes probably not in hs? i dont really know what to feel about the whole dating opposit exes thing.
