Like they all say, all good things must come to an end.

I wasn't the first mod on this board but I was here from day one. I campaigned to get us this board. I came to know a lot of wonderful people. Many have come and go and I treasure each and every one of you.

A lot of you I consider dear friends and I hope to continue having you in my life. This was one hell of a journey. Seven years of supporting this weird but awesome specimen. Ed Westwickand Chuck Bass have been a huge part of our lives and we wouldn't have made it through Gossip Girl if it hadn't been for this board.

One of the biggest success of this board was the Chuck Bass Spoilers and Speculation Thread. Arguably THE BEST spoiler thread in the whole wide web tbh.

Sadly, once Gossip Girl was over the interest for this board died down and Chris and I completely understand. We will continue to support Ed until the end and you can find us on Twitter after the board closes. If you know is you know our personal accounts and we will try to keep up with Ed news @EWestwickFForum (which might undergo a name change).

THANK YOU for all the laughs and the long nights of speculation. The survivor threads and the milestones.

The board will close but this little shrine to Ed will remain here for prosperity. Feel free to come back and read whenever you feel nostalgic.

OH WOW!!! I left a long time ago, but I met friends here that will last a lifetime. Edtopia, I will never forget the laughs and the love.

I came a ways after but I found a home here and was so happy to meet such wonderful, amazing people, and then to have the privilege of becoming a mod of this board with my good friend Isa.

I have enjoyed so much here, especially the spoiler thread which was just perfect and really exemplified a fun fandom who could discuss things in a fun, intelligent manner.

I admire the arts, the stories, the talents and the wit that have come out on this board. I love you all and am glad we've shared this home.

I haven't really been posting regularly anywhere anymore. But, during GG season 5 when I was in a bad C/B place and I needed friends I found the best

had to offer right here. And then proceeded to spend countless hours posting here with you all, much to the detriment of my real life.

This is not goodbye to you lovely people, ~~it's just goodbye to the place Sarah used to like to torture me with thumbs up survivors.~~

Isa, Chris, you guys rocked this board hard. Just know that you guys did your jobs and you did them well. And we love your for it!

I've sooooo many amazing memories of this board! So many fun times! I know I haven't been posting much but this board was always here. It's like home. And now it's closing. I won't be able to go home anymore. it's the end of an era. :sadface:

If I hadn't stopped posting for a few weeks, I could have saved us. I feel like I let the entire board down. Like it's my fault.

I know it's not, but it still feels like it was.

We only needed a few more weeks for the new show to start.
