Blake was in Monday and Tuesday TCA ad. But not today's (same advertisement), from what I know. I wonder if she was set to attend but no longer can (because of filming)? Not long until we find out!

See, the thing is, if the entire cast were going. They'd say 'the Cast of Gossip Girl like last year. But this year, they're naming a few cast members, not all. TBH, I'm not very optimistic she'll attend. Just my opinion. We've had no info/confirmations at all thus far. Unlike the other cast members.
