I agree. I hope she chose to leave unlike Paul over at CSI. I've said it from the beginning. I had an issue with her at first but then she grew on me. It wasn't because she replaced Prentiss but because of some things she said about Reid when she started.

I'm glad the last person she talked to was Reid, because they were the closest on the show.

I wonder if in the premiere we are going to get any mention of why she left the team. Like Hotch explaining to the team what is going on, especially if we are going to have someone replace her.

I feel the same way wished she was there longer i loved prentiss it when Blake came in the main thing I loved about her was how quite she was and how she was there just to work and she was good at being a profiler .

I am sorry she left but I'm glad she left on her own terms in a way with her character development it made sense why she would leave out of the others .. Saying that she will be missed

She Alex gave Rossi her concerns for the near death experiences . Then her backstory about her son who died to Reid . This was pretty clear she doesn't want to be chasing dangerous criminals. Alex basiscly sees Reid as the grown up son that she never got to see .
Thought of her watching a person who she is very close too , die .

Remember only 4-5 ep ago , she was dragged underwater over minute bad along with JJ, Morgan&
Rossi fired into the water . Last season ,her first , team was being hunted

yer see it makes sense like giddeon the story of the character was at the end you could see it coming

They should start like in S8, they get back from vacation, meet a new member, they didn't cry for Prentiss because she left on her own and they respect that.

Same situation with Blake.
