I have my next trip to NYC, October 4th-8th; a concert in Boston on December 20th; & a concert in Erie, PA on May 1st. That doesn't include my Thanksgiving trip to visit my family in November.

I found out today that my little sister has her first crush. A part of me does not want to realise how old she is getting as she is always my baby sister in my mind (she is about 12 and a half). My father is not coping and wanted me to talk some sense into her. My only response to that was to remind him that he was a teenager when he had me and that my partner and I have been together since we were in our early teens so none of us are in a position to give her dating advice. He didn't appreciate my help.

Yeah, it's hard to imagine "the littles" growing up. If you let her go out in a date, make sure it's chaperoned!

Okay. I thought they may have been different concerts. Are they the same concert setlists for both?

I live nowhere near her, so it does not fall on me. I cannot imagine my father is letting her date any time soon. However my sister does try question if he parents her differently to how I got parented. Right now it is just a crush, she doesn't seem like she wants to date yet.

Hey, all!

I'm officially back now! I had to be away longer because of the hurricane, and then my Internet went out (& not b/c of the hurricane!

), and because of work and stuff, I've just now been able to get back on! Sorry I've been away for almost 2 weeks!

Anyway, my trip was good. I met my guy again! And now I have 2 more trips coming up before the year ends.

Yes, these two trips are one to visit my family in Chicago for Thanksgiving and the other one is to actually see Aaron in concert.

I was planning to get on last night, but I totally fell asleep while reading my book.

I hope both trips are good ones, although the one for Aaron in concert sounds more fun. I just realised I will be visiting my own family and doing some other things around the US Thanksgiving so I guess it is up to Chelle to come keep the board around for us then.

Feels like it might be settling now hopefully. Hopefully the new medication I'm on helps. It seems like my body is settling & getting use to it now which is a start.
