What book are you going to read next?

for me, it'd be

1984 by George Orwell
Silas Marner by George Eliot
(these 2 are my lit texts)
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold
Vernon God Little by DBC Pierre

actually i want to read the lovely bones and vernon god little first but since i have a test on 1984 on wed, guess what i'll be reading first.

ps - if this is a duplicate thread, please feel free to close this

I want to read the newer JD Robb books - Divided In Death and Visions In Death. But I'm probably not going to, since as I don't know anyone I can borrow it off from and I don't have the money to buy

I'll probably read Anne Bishop's Fae series, then more of the Luna books I have piling up.

I want to read The Mists of Avalon, I've had a copy for about three years and have never got round to reading it, I probably won't though I've never been able to get past page three. I probably end up reading the new Princess Diaries book, I just got a copy and It's a much easier read

I haven't read the Luna, but rumor has it some of the paranormal Bombshells are similar. Do you enjoy the Luna?

I didn't know any of the Bombshells were paranormal, but I did know that a few science fiction authors were going to be writing them. I've read three Lunas so far and I didn't like two of them much and found the other one to be sub-par compared to the author's other books (Catherine Asaro). I'll keep trying though because I've heard the more recent ones are good.

I don't know! I just went to the library yesterday for the first time in ages b/c I've been really busy since school started. Now I don't know where to begin. But probably The Thief of Always by Clive Barker.

anyway i'm proud of myself! i'm reading nineteen eighty-four by george orwell as i have to. for lit class. instead of the lovely bones as i wanted to..but it's okay.

I forgot, I also have two books on reserve at the library too. I don't know when they will come in, but I'll be reading Abarat: Days of Magic, Nights of War by Clive Barker and Crossing the Line by Karen Traviss soon too.

ooh but you should read the Mists of Avalon for sure!! I had heard it was great for years so I finally went out and bought a copy. I'm just finishing it up now. It takes a little bit to get into but it is a GREAT book!!

I want to read "Isaac's Storm" by Erik Larson next.

I finally decided which Luna to read: The Mountain's Call by Caitlin Brennan (which is a pseudonym for Judith Tarr).
