Les Miserables is a sad book, as well as long. I'm glad I didn't have to read that one
in French class. We read other plays and works.

I do love the musical so I wanted to see how much the musical deviated from the book.
They made you read the book in French?

I am going to tweak it. Since I didn't have 2021 released books I didn't get to, I am going to say books I wanted to read in 2021 that I didn't get to.

I'm twisting it. These weren't released in 2021 but they were on my other TTT lists that I meant to read in 2021.

1) Caraval by Stephanie Garber

2) Animal Farm by George Orwell

3) The Queen of Sorrow (Book 3 of The Queens of Renthia) by Sarah Beth Durst - want to finish the trilogy.

4) Queens of the Sea (Blood and Gold 3) by Kim Wilkins - want to finish the trilogy.

5) The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab.

6) Chaos Rising (Star Wars: Thrawn Ascendancy 1) by Timothy Zahn

7) Always a Soldier: Service, Sacrifice, and Coming Out as America's Favorite Black, Gay Republican by Rob Smith

8) The Illustrated Man by Ray Bradbury.

9) The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare (Goodreads Author), Sarah Rees Brennan (Goodreads Author), Maureen Johnson (Goodreads Author), Cassandra Jean

10) Up from Slavery by Booker T. Washington
