Oh wow! I didnt know that there was a 4th one! Thanks for the news. I love all the books, I need to reread them when I have time. I also loved the movie. One of the best I've seen in a long time.

My best friend recently bought and read all 3 of the currently released books. She "forced" me to read the first one and all 3 were done in about a week. They were absolultly amazing! I heard rumor that the series is only intended to have 4 books, but Brashares is somewhat addicted to writing them that there may be more. Has anyone else heard anything about that?

I figured they would make a fourth so Bridget could narrate one. I did here that this might be thae last, but Brashares said she might write one more about like them after they get married and have kids of their own or something. Or, at least that is what I heard.

This has more to do with the movie than the book, but has anyone seen the imdb.com page for the movie? It has Kostos's name spelled "Kostas". When I try to report the error, it tells me that it is 100% verified that it is correct. Does anyone know if they changed the spelling for the movie?

At the end of the movie it is Kostas. For some reason they changed it.
I absolutely LOVED the third book and now reading about the 4th I don't think the 4th will live up to what I expect. I really don't know if I like Kostos or not. I liked him in the first book and when he came back in the 2nd he bugged me. Then in the third I really did like Paul and Lena together. So I don't know about them in the fourth book. I was so glad that bee and Eric and Brian and Tibby are together I was waiting for them for so long. AND I am glad that Carmen has someone too I do like Win. So whatever happens in the 4th book I hope doesn't really ruin what I liked so much in the 3rd book. __________________

I don't really want another book. The third one was for me a goodbye to the characters I'd learnt to love, I think they all accomplished what they had to accomplish. The last chapter made me sob, and I never cry from books. It was just so extremely touching, I felt their friendship basically run through my veins and their goodbye was just too much. I'm "finished" with them (if you can say it that way) and I think the third book was a worthy ending. I didn't know there would be a fourth book actually...
