Deborah Harkness herself has stated on a few occasions during lives on Instagram/Facebook, that she has not sold the rights to Time's Convert, nor does she plan to.

The series is done after season 3.

I didn't personally think the Marcus book was as exciting as the trilogy, but if you really like All Souls it doesn't hurt to dig in.

I think nothing is written in stone and authors can change their minds down the road. So I won't give up hope. And I won't hold my breath either.
