Stephenie Meyer {Twilight/The Host} #12: There is a new book out, and it's surprisingly different than you could imagine.
The Host by Stephenie Meyer  Melanie Stryder refuses to fade away. The earth has been invaded by a species that take over the minds of human hosts while leaving their bodies intact. I liked the movie but not nearly as much as I loved the book. I re-read it the other day after seeing the movie again on Netflix and still love both. This sequel is just taking forever though

Of course, I love the book more, but the movie was still good though, and felt it was a good adaption especially given how many pages the book has

That's from a year ago. I can't really find anything on her website. Honestly I rather just keep it as a stand a lone book. __________________

I own this book. I have started reading it twice now and I just can't keep reading it for some reason. I had no problem with the Twilight books at all, but I will read a few chapters of this book and then put it down and not pick it up again for months or more. I think the last time i picked this book up was almost 4 years ago.
