Yikes. That sucks for your friend, Sara. I hope whatever she does, she finds peace for herself and kids.

Yup, I love reading mindless stuff. If I want to learn I'll go back to school. LOL

I honestly can't see her doing it. I feel like if she was going to, she would have done it already. Especially after some of the recent crap.

Exactly. Learning is for school. Books are for escape from reality.

It should not be this difficult to pick a new ringtone. I kind of want the "Idiot" one that Jim used. But there's Glee songs too.. Ugh.

Watched Black Swan today. Yikes.

All you can do is hope she does what's best for her and her kids and support her. Very sucky situation it is. :/

COLLEGE FOOTBALL! LOVE YOU!

How was Black Swan? We're thinking of seeing it this weekend.

Black Swan was messed. up. Talk about putting yourself into a role. But it sucked me in and even made me jumpy so I know it was good. I don't cry or get scared at movies so the fact that it tapped into a tiny bit of anxiety was kind of cool.

Volunteering with the Sox tomorrow. I hope there are no corn flakes involved.

The kids on this season of Toddlers and Tiaras are beasts. I already want to drop kick them down the block. And they've just shown 4.

I Used to be Fat was a major letdown. My friend and I were really psyched about it but it's just Made. Can't fool us, MTV.

We'll definitely have to check it out then. lol

I've seen Toddlers and Tantrums a few times. Those kids are ridiculous. :/

Have fun volunteering!

Toddlers and Tantrums. Was that on purpose, Hannah?

A four year old flipped out because her mom took away her "NiNi" which is what she calls her pacifier. Why is a 4 year old using a pacifier? The kids are bad but the parents are usually worse. Cue the mom who flies to pageant on her private jet with her one year old twins.

I wish I could say it was on purpose but alas I am not that funny. LOL

The parents are terrible too. Those kids are gonna be bloody obnoxious by the time they turn 10.

The 8 year old had a few memorable moments:
*Not needing beauty sleep because she's always beautiful
*Making sure her mom spray tanned her armpits because "if people see me with white pits, I'll die"
*Threatening to trash the hotel room if she lost
*Seeing another girl with a similar dress and noting that it "Didn't go with my flow to see people in the same outfits"
*Bursting into tears when she lost Grand Supreme to a baby because "all babies do is pee and poop"
*Bursting into tears again when they were interviewing her after the crowning

Precious.

What did you do volunteering?

Might go to a party. My friend is having her annual NYE bash but she said "You two better not be sick at all. No cough or sniffles or anything! Don't bother coming if you're sick!" She's so anal about that stuff but she hasn't been sick in years, so I see why. LOL If not, we'll probably go over to the neighbors. They're not so anal. lol

We made boxes for seniors today. One box should last them a minimum of three days. It had canned fruits and veggies, rice, pasta, cereal, chili and like 6-8 other things. My partner and I packed the canned carrots. I had to take them off the pallets and stack them and she boxed them. It was a lot of cutting and lifting. Luckily they were in 12 packs and not 24 like the soup. My biceps be burnin'.

That's great! We did that for Christmas and Thanksgiving. It just kills me to hear/know that so many people don't have food and the basic needs. It's so heartwarming that so many people pitch in throughout this country to help. How many Sox helped? Do most of them show up?
