So, if Jim has to go back to being a salesman, does that mean Dwight will stop trying to get him fired?

Maybe Jim will be a Manager and a Salesman. Extra pay?

I think I just take it for granted that because Michael has been in the job longer they'd keep him in the position but that's a freaky thought. I don't think Michael could take being demoted.
You might be right Sara. __________________

I think if Michael were demoted, he would act like a 5 year old again. Similar to how he acted with Charles came in to manage the branch. His name was Charles right? I didn't like him, so I've blocked him out of my memory.
Karen, I think you were right all along about Jim, but I think it is fun to think of a huge hypothetical shakeup. __________________

Michael would not like Jim as his boss. As much as he likes Jim. He'd be okay with Christian Slater taking his job though

He was. Michael is adorable sometime.
I'd like to see Michael work with Jim in order to try and keep both Manager positions. __________________

Well, I'm glad all is right with the office again but it sucks that so much time was wasted finding out the hard way.
The diabolical plan essentially went nowhere. That was a waste. I liked the D/R interaction and wish it could have been used differently. Andy/Erin is starting to aggravate me. I was really hoping it'd come out today. Overally, I liked the episode but it wasn't spectacular. However, there were so many awesome little moments that it made it pretty perfect. That 20 seconds of Jim was the best part.
