1.01 - No Such Thing As Vampires

I often W O N D E R what it would be like if I had the opportunity to explain myself.
But it's just a F A N T A S Y. Here's the reality: you sleep alone, you keep your S E C R E T S hidden.
[Mick gets up and walks to the kitchen. He opens a cabinet and picks up a tube of blood]
Oh yeah, and here's what a dinner party looks like.
I know, I know, everyone says they're open minded, everyone tries to A C C E P T people who are D I F F E R E N T from them,
but the T R U T H is people don't react well when they find out the truth: I'm U N D E A D.
And the other thing you got to deal with: when you live F O R E V E R the past always catches up to you.
Like all good detective stories this one starts with a G I R L.
