To me, it seems perhaps, this whole ordeal about Beth being in danger tormented him...Even before Beth admits that she knows everything, he's already acting hurt...Like he can't believe that someone(a vampire/monster) almost hurt her...Then when she mentions that she knows everything, he breaks down even more...very emotional. When he goes to open the door and he see's that it's Beth ... watch his reaction - his jaw drops to the floor. He was so surprised to see her - it was adorable. And also in BC when she comes to his place and she goes up to him "Do you feel like this all the time" and then he say's "I don't know I doubt it" - I love how he checks her out his eyes glance down her and back up again And then when she say's " Come on Mick - join me" it cuts back to him and he does this thing with this bottom lip. He so needed that shower! too Such will power he had.__________________

Sheree-Lynn, beautifully said! I agree with everything you have said. And it does all make sense to me!
Especially her marks on her forehead...was like an added torment...Also when he realized the bad vampire had gotten his cell, the first thing that came to his mind was "Beth!"...saving her...even though the bad dude was after Audrey. And when he was fighting, he didn't want Beth to see him go all "vampire like"...he kept getting hit! I also think the whole sun shining on him was like a "wake up call"...Like Beth kisses him, his eyes are closed, she offers comfort...then the sun shines, and he's like "wait a minute, I'm still a vampire"...walks away. He was very into her kiss... __________________

I don't you guys have to worry that he walked away. It doesn't mean he don't like her because of that.- I think it was just that it was a bit too much for him. He wants to be with her, but in his yes it wouldn't work. Anmd she came to close and he walked away. didn't see it as any other than that :-) |
