Well yeah. They don't get much - those are usually for the kids.

Oh, I love that scene. Red drunk and Kitty taking care of him and all.

I love the one where the camera is aimed upward as Kitty is dancing - so cute. It was a rare one but the first time I remember seeing it was during the S3 Christmas ep I think...

Oh yeah, the end bar scene in "Red's Last Day" - one of the ULTIMATE R/K moments. God their chemistry is almost unreal.

I think I remember it.

That's true. They really do feel married to each other in real life.

I think that's what makes them act like a real married couple because they actually feel something towards each other

I know. This is so 'zen' of me but I used to always wish they would hook up in real life. I would wince any time I saw Kurtwood's wife with him in pictures - Deej has amazing (and more obvious) chemistry with him even on the red carpet, AND she is WAY cuter than her! But they seem to have this weird yet cool brother-sister/best friend vibe going on, so I guess that's what it is.

I've never seen Kurtwood's wife. Which is probably a good thing, I like to pretend that Kurtwood and Debra Jo really are Red and Kitty, and that they're still living happily ever after. Seeing him with a wife may burst that bubble.

Red buying Kitty Schotzie so she wasn't lonely was so very cute. 'Did you run over a dog Red?'

I've never seen his wife, either - fantasies, you know, they're just so much better than real life.

I saw Kurtwood Smith in House, I re-watched the episode... it sounds like him but it looks nothing like him I'm not sure if I would've recognised him if you didn't tell me (and if I hadn't heard him).

Okay, after Googling his wife (Joan Pirkle...Smith) she seems like a real lovely person. Especially after reading this snippet on her (scroll down to "THE SCADA FILE" - she's apparently some huge universal health care advocate), she suddenly seems more attractive to me LOL.

I still think DJR is a tad cuter but I'm probably also biased.

I'll still settle for BFF:

Oh, his wife used to be an actress. I never knew that. Then again I didn't now anything about her . She's quite pretty and her and Kurtwood look sweet together, but you're right DJR is cuter.

Either way I think I'll just continue to live in my Red and Kitty fantasy bubble .

DJR is cuter. And hey... at least we got to see them together in T7S!

Kurtwood looks so weird with the beard and all though. He's really one guy that I have some trouble separating Kurtwood and Red from the hat and specs is a great combination though.

It's kind of wierd. Everytime I go to type or say something about Kurtwoood I sometimes forget his name. I'm not sure why though. Maybe because it's an unfamiliar name.

Kryssi, I love those pics of Debra and Kurtwood. And Fatale, I know how you feel. I hate thinking the fact that Debra and Kurtwood are just friends. So I also set my mind to the fact that they're Red and Kitty still, too! I'm still grateful for the fact that the people who were in charge of casting the characters, putting Red and Kitty together!

It seems like I remember hearing a couple times that DJR was already cast for sure when they had the auditions for Red, and she's the one who wanted Kurtwood so badly that she helped convinced them to make him Red.
