Absolutely she would -- but not with Fez and Red. That would be too weird for her. She'd have to be in two clubs: one with Fez and one with Red. And she'd insist Red and Fez form a third club so that all their ideas can be shared together.

Not that Red would ever agree to any of this; but he'd say that Kitty, being in a club with him and a club with Fez, can just communicate Red and Fez's thoughts about the books to the other.

It is a little difficult.

But if Kitty and Kelso did start hanging around together, everyone would become suspicious and worried for different reasons. Red, of course, wouldn't want Kelso's stupidity to rub off on Kitty.

Fez would worry Kitty and Kelso are having an affair. Eric would deny this would ever be possible until Hyde reminds him of the crush Kitty had on Kelso's older brother Casey. Eric would freak out, and Donna would try to bring him back to reality. Then ...

Jackie: Please. If Michael was going to sleep with anyone's mom, it would've been mine. He had three years to do it, too.

Eric: How do you know he didn't, huh? He did cheat on you most of the time you were dating. Maybe Kelso was her gateway into cheating on your dad -- and maybe he's my mom's -- *gulp* -- gateway.

Yes, it's unlikely -- but one never knows! Didn't want to assume. For instance, would you make an exception if your romantic partner were really into romantic novels and wanted to share them with you?
